1. Parties and Definitions

These terms of use are agreed electronically between Palm Yazılım (Sole Proprietorship), operating in Mersin / Türkiye (hereinafter the "Company" or "Palm Yazılım"), and all users who visit the website or use its contact or quote forms (hereinafter the "User" or "Visitor").

2. Scope of Services

Through its website, Palm Yazılım offers digital services such as corporate information, software and IT services, product/module information, and quote request and contact forms. The Company reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue the site content, the service mechanisms offered or these terms of use at any time without prior notice.

3. Rules of Use and Obligations

When visiting the website and actively filling in its forms, the User agrees to comply with the following rules:

  • Accurate, up-to-date and genuine information shall be provided when filling in the Contact Form and the Get a Quote Form on the website. All legal and criminal liability arising from misleading or false information, or from the unauthorized use of third-party data, rests directly with the User.
  • No cyber attacks, reverse engineering, data scraping or bot activity may be carried out that threatens the security of the site, damages its technical infrastructure or prevents other users from accessing it.
  • No content that is contrary to public morality, good faith or the law, or that contains insults, profanity or copyright infringement, may be sent to the Company through the forms.

4. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

All designs, software code, graphics, texts, logos, trademarks and the overall visual design of our website are the property of Palm Yazılım and are protected under copyright legislation (the Turkish Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works). Copying, reproducing, distributing, adapting or commercially using this content without the Company's written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Palm Yazılım makes reasonable technical efforts to ensure that the website operates without interruption, errors or security issues. However, Palm Yazılım cannot be held liable for data loss, access disruptions or delays caused by cyber attacks, outages originating from telecommunications infrastructure providers, technical failures or force majeure (natural disasters, government decisions, etc.).

8. Dispute Resolution

Turkish law shall apply to the resolution of any legal dispute arising from the application or interpretation of these terms of use or from the use of the website, and the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Mersin shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
